Mobile Privacy Policy

ETSMobile (“the app”) is an internal business application provided by Eads
Cooling Solutions, LLC (“EADS,” “we,” “us”) for use by our employees and
authorized personnel. This policy explains what data the app handles.

Who can use the app
ETSMobile is intended solely for EADS employees and authorized users who sign in
with a company-provided Microsoft (Entra ID) account. It is not offered to the
general public.

Information we collect
When you sign in, the app uses Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) to authenticate you.
Your email address (user principal name) is transmitted to our internal systems
to identify you and determine your access permissions. Your name is displayed
within the app for your convenience. The app also accesses company business
data (such as orders, production, and operational information) that you are
authorized to view as part of your job.

How we use information
Data is used solely to operate the app: to authenticate you, authorize your access
to features, and display company business information. We do not use your
information for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How information is shared
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Authentication is handled by Microsoft as our identity provider. Business data
remains within EADS systems.

Data storage and security
Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device (in the system keychain)
and are cleared when you sign out. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS)
connections.

Data retention
Employee account and access records are retained for as long as you are an
authorized user, in accordance with company policy.
