Fort Gibson Facility
EADS Cooling Solutions, LLC. opens 80,000 sq foot manufacturing facility at the Tulsa Port of Catoosa.
Tenkiller Facility
EADS Cooling Solutions, LLC. opens second facility with an additional 50,000 sq feet for manufacturing.
N. Sheridan Facility
EADS Cooling Solutions, LLC. acquires one of the oldest Oklahoma louver manufacturers. Provides an additional 45,000 sq feet of production near the Tulsa International Airport.

Lance Janik – Partner & President
Graduated from Texas A&M with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1990.
He was a project engineer and
marketing engineer in the gas compression industry for 3 years and a sales engineer in the petrochemical industry for 3 years before coming to EADS as a sales engineer in 1996.
Lance has 25+ years of experience in the gas compression/air‐cooled heat exchanger market.
Mike Garner – Partner & CEO
Graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1992.
He was a project engineer in the gas compression industry for 5 years, before coming to EADS as a sales engineer in 1997.
Mike has 25+ years experience in the gas compression/air‐cooled heat exchanger market.
Scott Jacoby – Partner & COO
Graduated from Wilkes University with a BS in Accounting, CPA, CMA, CFM and MBA.
Scott had a 20+ year career with Harsco Corporation in various capacities.
Scott was a Senior VP with Harsco, and President of both Harsco Rail and Harsco Industrial Air-X-Changers divisions.
Brian Harris – Partner
Graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Civil Engineering in 2011. He joined the EADS group as a sales engineer in 2013.
His 10+ years of experience with air cooled heat exchangers has been focused on thermal design and sales.
Dale Kasel – Partner
Graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering in 2005.
Prior to joining EADS he was an Air Force officer, an applications engineer in the gas compression industry, and LEAN operational manager.
Dale has 10+ years of experience in the gas compression/air-cooled heat exchanger market.
